Nicked this idea off another forum I post on. The general idea is to let the world know what a cracking job you did or bailed someone out the brown stuff...

Today I (along with my boss) found a negative pressure leak on a turbine, which meant the plant couldn't burn the waste to power the turbine (Which greatly upset the council apparently).. Upon further very technical inspection we found about 10 bolts that were not even finger tight. High fives all round..
