yup ive got em fitted only in my headlamps thoughThis where a decent set of spotlights fitted with 100W (for off road use only officer) bulbs comes in handy.
Got to say foglight... impossible to leave on by accident
My '04 Honda bike came with permanent headlamps in anticipation of a Europe-wide introduction of DRLs; I fitted the switchgear from an earlier model so I can turn them on when and if I feel the need, thanks very much Soichiro...
My last 2 bikes have had the lights permanently on, my current model has a known fault with the starter button as it has to disconnect the lights while turning over and some have burnt out. I have looked at fitting a switch to turn the lights off but haven't found a suitable waterproof switch that can be mounted neatly yet.
Perhaps some sort of public information film "Think once, think twice - think TW4T with his foglights on"![]()
Can you get an earlier set of switchgear for your bike and modify the loom to suit?
my 2001 bandit had a light switch with incorporated pass function if that's any help
It's an '06 DL650 (V-Strom), will have to look if Suzuki did anything with similar switchgear dated before they dropped the lightswitch, maybe Bandit or SV?.
