they should show that clip on big screens at the start of every F1 race with the caption "if you want to see real racing by real heroes you have bought the wrong ticket".

Ive done 170mph up the Mountain mile on the isle of man and I can tell you it doesnt take long to cover any amount of distance at that speed. These guys reach speeds of 200mph plus through the towns and complete a near 38 mile lap in 16 minutes!!!

I have seen that a few times and still never expect Dunlop to fall. guy martin did well to keep his bike upright when it started weaving around, but then again the guy has no fear so he was probably doing that with a massive grin on his face

I've seen TT Closer to the Edge and loved it but the Isle of Man is just too dangerous for me to enjoy watching the racing. Especially on Closer to the Edge when they talked to the wife of the guy who died that week, a kiwi family man with two daughters. Sorry to bring the mood down.

I had that film on dvd until i stupidly lent it to someone. I have to say i don't understand why fellas who are married with kids road race, the death toll is huge and who wants to leave their woman alone rearing small kids with no money ?
