You can search on internet and get a downloadable copy in PDF format. Then just reprint the pages as needed, enlarged to suit bad eyes. I have a copy but cannot upload as I get an error code as file to big.

Mig Weld Top Tip!!!!Easy way to remember is bolt size minus the pitch, so M6 x 1.0 = 5mm tapping drill, M5 x 0.8 = 4.2mm etc.
edit: applies to standard pitches.
