Did a deal with one of my friends for this last night - £250 it set me back.
It's a Clarke CDP501F, but has been modified from single to three phase and has a inverter attached to it for speed control & DC Brake. Also has a foot switch which is handy. Needs a worklight and some clamps for the bed though.

and if the chuck is screwed on it might just screw off in reverse similar to a lathe chuck would
