Thanks for that but are you absolutely sure, these are rotary cutters marked R/H and are similar to some woodworking router cutters I have but these have a sharp one way serrated cutting edge also.Look like Broaching cutters for cutting keyways in pulleys /sprockets etc., normally used in a broaching press
Not liking to be beat I've just asked a carpenter and joiner friend, he says they are router cutters used for plunging and are probably quite old.
