Mig welder for auto work

Hey all I was hoping I could get some suggestions im in the market to get a Mig to do some of my auto work body panels etc anyway ive been reading bits and pieces and clarke gas welders seem to be a favourite choice for occasional use and for newbies but what's a good model and are there any other brands to look at.
Il most likely go second hand so I can get a bit better for a bit less.

Unless it's a car with a heavy chassis then the Clarke 90 will do you fine, although you may find you want to weld heavier material once the welding bug bites, in that case the 150 would be a better buy.

Yeah 150 was the one I was looking at.

The 90 does goes down to 25amp which helps especially if you are new to mig welding.

Got myself a Clarke 151EN turnbo £160 so quite pleased with that and I had a go today lol "Anyone can Mig weld" yeah ok my first attemps where histerical but i guess I can only get better but I need a decent mask I think , the one supplied was permanently tinted I couldn't see anything other then the spark.

Get an auto darkening mask, leaves both hands free, prices start around £25 for reasonable "hobby" masks.

Yeah was using a chap at works one think it was 3M very nice will be investing in a decent one I think max £100 i think my eyes are worth it.
