Thanks John, I think my brother in law wants some bike parts chroming,Do they do small parts?

sorry no.they are not interested in doing bike parts due to customers in the past complaints regarding finish's.
bringing bad bits in and expecting them to look like new.

Paul there used to be a place at staningly bottom near the canal no idea if it;s still there long time since i used it

cleveland chroming re chromed a guys bumper of a lotus it was going rusty in a day he was told to waxoil round the back edges to protect it pmsl .there ok at chroming coat hangers theres a skill at setting the electrodes up properly so u dont burn some parts and insuficient current on others

correct and to pricey for crap work to.
Almit are mainly industrial work and the chroming that I get done is not the best but adequate for the price.

What's the base metal on those handles Paul? Not worth removing the chrome and just polishing/tidying them up?

Checked on a few chrome platers to have my bike rims done, quoted £200+ per rim, possibly more when inspected. New UK made ones available for around half that. No brainer eh.

These are one of the ones that quoted me £200+ per 18" motorcycle rim.
