whats this called..sign makers plastic?

id like to buy some of this stuff , its 2-3mm thick flexible plastic , often has a sign printed or stickered on for above shops or estate agent signs , banners in car sales dashboards etc

any idea onwhat its called and where i can get some ...need about 3 meters x 20cm , can be in mutiple bits

Looks like perspex or acrylic sheet.

Foamex it is. I get useful off cuts from local sign company in white or black in various thickness's.

Dibond or diboard is what the guy who made me a sign called it

This is same as the stuff he supplied

Yep definately correx (fluted polypropylene) not sure what you intend to use it for but it is for temporary signs only (its UV stability is not great and it will start to degrade over the years)

Foamex / foamalux is a foamed PVC and is more rigid
Dibond is a composite alu board (two sheets of aluminium with polyethylene core)

They are usually supplied 8x4 but as said local sign shop should be able to sort you out for small bits
