Could you send us to links for leather Aprons for 11 quid mate??They are the ones we have. Around 50 quid a piece IIRC.
Mind, some of ours like the leather aprons. 11 quid each and last forever - manage against sparks, abrasion etc. Probably not much smaller than a proper blanket.
This sort of thing?Could you send us to links for leather Aprons for 11 quid mate??
I found glass caches them. The more expensive the better.Don't ask how I know.

They have a metal surface all round the cooker that has a water fall running over it. All the food splatter hits the water & gets washed away so it cant dry / get baked on. The wok burners also tend to have the same system but around the burner as well. Makes clean up super easy.
I made a dust extraction plant using water bath and spray wall.I remember "water walls" used in industrial spray booths in the 70's to catch overspray.

Once the mk1 has been replacedIf I was to pick one thing that I think is guaranteed to catch and keep hold of a grinding spark every time it would be the Mk1 eyeball
by the mk2, after absorbing said sparks, I have been told the quality is impaired.
