Layout Dye

Many moons ago when I was at college I used to use a blue layout dye when marking up. Well I am not that young any more and the specs are getting thicker so I thought a small pot would be useful.
I just had a quick look on the internet and unless I want a litre of the stuff I have to go to America.
Am I missing something? or has the UKs H&S got involved for some reason.

Spectra used to be a common make.
Just did a quick Google search for spectra blue came back with this from Cromwell tools

I bought an aerosol of marking blue, its less mess and you get a more even consistent finish than marking blue in a pot dabbed on. Im struggling to remember from who though, its nearly run out and Im having to resort to using the liquid in a pot with an acid brush again...

Same here. I use massive marker pen, a couple of swipes with that and you're away.

I saw that, but Im far too much of a cheapskate to pay that for it. I'll look at the brand in a bit, Ive been holding it at funny angles trying to eek the last bits out of it for the past few jobs...
