Kidding arn't you,the easiest way in there is through the roof with a plumbers blow torch.

you don't to use the roof the sides are plastic as well
But you'd struggle getting the gear out.
Thanks for the concern. Although I do think it is safe enough for it's purpose. Some of the stuff will be easy if access can be gained however the majority of it would be very difficult to easily move. Also everything will be chained to the bench once it's all sorted in there.
The lathe I am hoping to upgrade too is going to require a crane to bring it in and being 1300kg should be fairly imovable

sorry, but what a waste of time and money 
Started to bring couple things back in. Need to bring in the lathe and the donkey saw soon. Also need to sort the shelving out to get all my stuff up high and out the way.
Got given the clarke mill. Is terrible, am planning on replacing it with a mag drill.

This is a cracking read.
That's a right tidy little workshop.
I'm currently sat at home awaiting a visit from the council regarding building something similar as a gym & home office in the corner of my garden. Mine will be a steel portal construction with wooden cladding outside and insulated and boarded out internally.
I'm looking at building a 5m x 3m sloped roof structure as I believe that's the max I can go to without planning permission (15 sq m) and it fits just nicely in a strange corner of our garden on some land that isn't at this moment certified as ours, hence my visit from the council.
I'm undecided whether to wang in a full concrete base and build up from that or make a steel ladderframe base and insulate and board it. It depends on cost. The fabrication will cost very little as it's my living for my family business.
Unlike the build in this thread, I'm going to clad the external framework with sheetmetal for security - inside this I'll have a cavity between this and the inner face of the box section framework in which to house the insulation. So, if some turd decides to rip off some of the external wood cladding to gain access, they'll then need an angle grinder or plasma cutter to get inside for a free workout or to do away with my midget-porn filled computer.

Lovely workshop! And I love the space saving idea with the freezer/workbench.
But I would put a lip at the back of the workbench to prevent too many sparks going down the back of the freezer and burning the wires, or worse, creating an explosion on the gas cylinder of the freezer.
That is of course if you are using the freezer as a freezer and not as a toolbox.
