Free Labour !

Just wondering if Anyone in the Bedford/Huntingdon Areas have a need for a free pair of hands a couple of days a week in exchange for some Experience.

I have a lot of experienced of Motorcycles and have built 15 or so in my time.
Am good in general with mechanics and electrics and have a long background in the building trade.

I am able to get there and back under my own steam, will bring my own food and am completely house trained !

Just thought I would ask as I am currently kicking my heals.

Would have offered you some up here building landrovers, bike frames and TIG/stick welding custom off road stuff if you were in cumbria

haha landrover building is just for my projects but gonna be doing some TIG work for local bike garage and I do made to order off road bits for people over on the landy forum, currently got two bumpers and a winch tray on the go

All good for practice though plenty of scrap steel round here to play with from chopping bits off things to make them fit etc

No at first I thought it had snapped but on inspection is still in one piece.?

I have heard that the auxiliary shaft has a keyway which sometimes snaps but only got the cam locking tool today so will have a butchers tomorrow.

Yeah well Its something I should have done 10 years ago and not getting any younger I need to crack on.

Am gonna do a course but will have to wait till October

There is loads of work around for Tig welders at the Moment but they all want
Qualifications.

Yeah indeed, I've been looking myself at that.. Bedford college used to do course's not sure if they do now though..

I wouldn't waste your time or money on that place

It's worth travelling to a decent college for a better certificate

Cambridge regional college is where Im off too.
I think Huntingdon college do a course to.
