Draper Compressor, is it a bargain??

Hi all, just been offered a Draper 100L 3hp electric compressor for £50
Working but needs a button, not specified what button!
I can fix just about anything, so not worried about that, but..
It is a direct drive, I cant find any info, or compressors of this size that are direct drive.

Bargain or not??

sure that does sound like a bargain in my eyes, dont know if the crank on the compressor is seperate to the commutator, im guessing so, but worth a punt

The only bits of that I understood was, worth a punt..!
I'll do some reading, wanted belt drive, but, it's cheap so will probably get it.
