I can get a brand new 3 motorbike trailer for £350 plus delivery so accounting for new axles steel time welding would take me up to that. Or I could sell the bike and forget about it.

I've built a fair few trailers out of caravan chassis over the years.
They're not so strong.
A caravan has most of the weight very evenly distributed, a trailer almost certainly won't have.
This can lead to failure of the frame (usually the outer corners will drop - either by twisting, or bending), and just a leaving the wooden floor in won't help.
You'll need to beef it up considerably (I use 75mm x 2mm C channel)
Oh. Main thing - the outrunners will be sharp, rusty, and apparently magnetically attract shins. Either cut them off, or cover them up soon - infected shins are unpleasant

Hahahahahahahah out runners yep there sharpe new pair or denim jeans when pulling into car port.
Was going to get some box section and weld up some runners for it then that's really cut off the out runners take the rust off paint and clean up hitch and suspension. The axles pretty heavy duty so if needed could take the frame off all together.
