When did children have heads that small?

Of course, my kids are my official test operatives I'm always sticking them on my pond covers.

can you not fit perspex or poly carb material to one side to prevent the 100mm rule?

I'm not sure although I wouldn't like to go to that much hassle and I think it would increase the price unnecessarily and after time would start to weather and not look too good. I was worried the filling the section up too much would make it look too busy but in fact I'm really happy with the way it came out in the end.
