box that fits snug

hi looking for some box section sizes that fit inside eachother snugly around the 40mm size or could be retanglular if anyone knows of sizes that fit inside each other??

Usualy box comes in different wall gauges, so select your inner box say 30 by 30. Then use say 40 by 40 by 4 mm or 5 mm wall depending on how tight a fit you want. Common sense really.

I wasn't sure what thickness you could go before the welded seem became a problem

In above example 4mm wall should be snug tight.if unsure bring a off cut of your inside box iron to the steel stockist and check before you buy.

No sorry, but I've seen a few around the net. Nthese are simple homemade devices, not commercial.

Basically a plug which fits down the tube with a sharp edge to remove the internal seam, bit like a chisel really.
