what would you use and call split a trailer light cable. making two light brackets to go at the back and need to wire it but dont wont to tape it up but use the proper thing.

Generally all the wiring goes into one light and then the other light piggybacks off the other one with a seperate length of cable

i have two lights with both wires coming out of them and used to meet in the middle but where cut of a neighbours trailer no i didn,t cut them of off he replaced them with LEDS but he just taped them up in the middle but i want the proper box

Or trailer supply places sell large junction boxes to do the job, which you just mount under the chassis near the back.

Depends on how long your wires are or am I misreading the question?

yea didn't make much sense my question

you put the wire in the box then you take say the red wire and put it in the very left plug and fill the rest of them in right to the other side of the box do you think they would all stretch to both sides

No, if what I think you're asking is so then you need another piece of wire to split the feeds between the lights. You can join the wires inside the junction box wharever way you like (solder or crimp joiners probably best).
