Cordless Screwdriver bits

Any recomendations for good bits?

I've slung me cheapos because the heads get worn down far too easy.

This is one tool bit I hate trying out only to find they're naff.

i used to get some from screwfix they were forged rather than cut and seemed to last - ive still got one a year on where as the cut ones that seem to come with everything you buy just shatter in a few hundred screws. i tend to go through a few as im always screwing cement board to floors - tough stuff.

Wera or dewalt surprisingly! I have been buying dewalt bits in boxes of 25 from my local DIY shop for 5.99. I use them in my impact driver too. Last for ages.

The screwdriver bits that have their tips impregnated with diamonds are good, makes the bit bite into the screw and stops it jacking out and rounding off. Decent bits are worth the spend.

Wera diamond are the aces. Almost worn out a couple of #2 Pozi's, need to get some more. Last waay longer than the DeWalt ones - they were OK but you do need to buy the pillbox type packs!

i find wera too fragile for impact drivers, good bits but fail to quickly for my liking

i generally use makita bulk jar bits iirc £10/100 for 1" & 10/50 for 2" and last forever ( i use about one of these a week, wera i can use 2-3 a day)

I also find they fit decent quality screws better than the dewalt bits, but dewaly are a better fit for silver twinfast screws

Cordless drill is not an impact driver though.

the gold are just a good hard scewdriver the diamonds are coated bits that reduce cam out and give a better grip on worn screws
