A mate got one of these a while back and I tested it against my SnapOn tech wrench.....
I'd love to say it was poop.....but...... near spot on! makes you wonder why we buy 350.00 wrench...lol
So I now have one, don't use it but now and then I test it against my other SnapOn gear just for a laugh....darn things still ok.....
Torque wrench calibration:-
Place bolt in vice.
Select appropriate size socket.
Measure Length of Torque bar.
Apply spring balance at end of bar until click.
Note the reading on the spring balance.
Force x Lever arm = torque applied.
Someone will no doubt say it's not that simple or not accurate enough but it'll get you within the 5% specified for most torques.
Remember to unwind your torque wrenches kids; the spring will thank you.Cheapies may be ok but i prefer a good quality one and when im finished using it slacken the spring

I got the ratchet spanners and have been really impressed with them - they are much nicer than the draper expert set i paid about 3 times as much for. Also their metal paint is pretty good.
