Oxford 180-1 polarity switch

Can anyone please tell me where Oxford put the reverse polarity switch option on the 180-1. I'm trying to describe it to someone but as I don't own an Oxford it's a little difficult.

Normally its inside the area where the wire reel goes, There should be some switches , dials in there and clearly marked
