Boys I was checking these Chop Saws:

and

When I was checking their rpm
No Load Speed 1300 rpm
and the other on
No Load Speed 3800 rpm
Could someone let me know why this difference?
Also which of the two,more ideal to Cut steel ?
I assume the one with the lowest rpm
?
