Not an expert in Mig machines but its Duty Cycle seems to me really low!100% @ 55 amp 
.
I think Sealley not actually makes the welder but rebudge them, so if any issue appears then not sure what will be their action on that!
Some people are more expert with the Mig welders and I am sure that they will give some feed back there.
This machine sell around for £320 so in term of price we speak for £100 difference,
on that maxyboy!

Sealey are a big company so you should have no trouble at all with their support if ever you should need it, as to the seller, who knows? 
A lot of Sealey machines are built in Italy by a company called Telwin who have a decent enough reputation for quality.
Are you concerned about it? If not then be happy you've saved yourself £100.
Oh and don't get too hung up about the duty cycle, if you're only using it for light work you'll never have a problem with it and you'll probably find it's similar to most other machines in it's class.

place is 6 miles from me it's a residential address the name DVS seems to have good feedback i wonder it it,s old stock
there is a dvs spares within half a mile of that address they are motor factors

Their email is vehiclespares, so probably are the motor factor lot.
Seems a good buy to me, good luck with it, I just get suspicious of sellers who make their feedback private for normal items... I feel they have something to hide, usually shill bidding.

Thanks for all responses, I will let you all know what its like when it comes, but i will have to get gas first, went to boc to get my size y bottle refill today £41.47 + VAT for the gas, fair enough I thought and then they wanted £13.70 +vat collection Fee for me driving 10 miles to pick it up. told them where to stick bottle and account I think it will be hobby weld from now on
