Your socket will not have wires connected to all 7 pins, it will have two for the on/off switch which you can connect to an ordinary micro or limit switch to disconnect when you take your foot off the pedal and three which will connect to your rotary or slide potentiometer which you need to know a rating for or you can damage your welder. to show the wires.

Bill, the plug you need obviously has to match the socket on the machine if you want to be able to plug it in. Maybe i'm missing the point but i would have thought the easiest way to get something suitable would be to phone up an Inverter Fusion dealer and ask them for a replacement foot pedal plug. Too easy? 
If you want to avoid paying anymore than absolutely necessary then you need to identify the specs of the sockets and/or trawl through a site/catalogue to match it up
I'll take a pic of what the inside of an SSP pedal looks like tomorrow but it'll be less useful than the link i posted to a manual for your machine which contains wiring diagrams, pinouts and pot values. Might even have a part # for the plug in question...

I found a cable in good price, with this specs:
7 Core Flexible Cable 0.75mm Sq Flexible YY Cable.
230v 6amp Rated Cable.
Not know if the Amp that it states is what we need or if they play any matter at all?

Ohms law, you do know ohms law dont you.
Lets see, I=V/R
No idea of the voltage or the resistance but I can guess at orders of magnitude.
V is 10's R is 1000's
If 10's/1000's is more than 6 then you need a bigger cable

6 Amps should be more than plenty, if you're dealing with an on/off signal, and an analogue voltage.
I'd expect the analogue voltage to be drawing mA. The on/off if its present could at most be 500mA to 1000mA if it's pulling a contactor in for example.

It's not the thickness, it's the area of the copper - As a way to explain, if you were to slice through the cable and push the copper strands in to a square (because the maths is easier than a circle), it would measure 0.866 mm x 0.866 mm or 0.75mm^2 (square millimeters).

Bill, I've only just seen this but I'm 99% certain that's the same pedal I used as a start for my TIG set.
