I've very recently acquired this machine but have no manual or any technical information for it. The machine is a 200 amp DC TIG welder.
However, the square wave markings on the machine front panel - what do they represent? There's also a toggle switch to choose between square wave form, continuous or spot (I presume - it depicts square wave, a continuous line and dots), so again, what does the square wave selection represent?
Here's a picture of the front panel:

Mine is identical except for the 3rd control dial (from the left) on the top row. Instead of a dial, mine has a steel 3-way toggle switch to make selections as described above (Square, straight line, dots).
Where the dial in the picture shows that the left positions seem to be a choice of 3, mine is simply a set position for square wave. Otherwise my other 2 positions for the switch are continuous line and dots (same as this picture - those selections shown to the right)
What does the very first dial (top left) control?
The 2nd dial suggests the frequency of the square wave form?
The 3rd dial (mine a toggle switch as above) seems to select type of arc?
The 4th Dial is a timer and seems to relate to the spot function on the 3-way switch?
The next row of dials (shown red) - what do they control exactly?
The next row of dials (should all be yellow) are pre-gas, slope up, slope down and post-gas. Am I correct?
Finally the 3 toggle switches I understand are for 2TIG/4TIG; TIG or MMA and the final switch for on/off remote or pedal connection.
Thanks a lot for any help/advice anyone can give.
