Hi All, i am looking for an all positional self shielded wire for quality mild steel fabrication work,Needs to be from a good stable ,does anybody have any experiance with this product or can recomend a good wire.

Strange for a dealer to be asking for advice about products, are you looking for a popular one to stock?

Waz, even after 25 years of advising welders on the best products to use I am still lerning. What is strange about the thirst for knowledge? I am trying to find out what the welding indstury feels is the best product and asking experianced welders would seem to be the best way. With carbon pick up being such a problem when welding thicker sections( multi runs) the corect selection of product is critical.

Nothing strange about it, I know who you are and it seemed an unusual request, that's all.
Someone like Tino would be good to get some input from, I believe he's used flux-cored for digger bucket repairs etc. so has probably tried a fair few brands.
