Yes from Forest metal, they are good heavy quality too. 60p each which I thought was a good buy.

Problem now is I have a couple of people asking how much for the same and I want to make something different...supposed to be just a hobby.

I sort of imagined you spitting & cursing at the thought of "yet more" scrolls, though!
The balls at the bottom as feet are a nice touch, too.

Nice work! That link looks useful, I have to make a huge fire surround fairly soon for a stove in a public space. Budget won't run to hand made roses as its not the National Trust, but a few bits from there on some hand bashed twisty bits should do very nicely at a reasonable price.
