Bush tool...anyone with a lathe?

Anyone with a lathe and time to spare quote for knocking up item 1, 2 & 3 from this pls...

...i could use threaded rod for the bolt and nut i suppose, unless you feel adventurous.

Some guy in Penmaenmawr, North Wales made a device called "Bushmate", was sold thru Land Rover comics. Wasn't too expensive. Used to make my own, and still do the odd puller. Found threaded bar often not strong enough

Just after one. Going to use it for a SAAB but as is mentioned on the drawings its for vectra's aswell, im on forums for both so could mention it on them and there may be more interest if you can do them at a good price/have time for it. MS would be strong enough i'd imagine?

Only good reason I can think of. If that's the case - there's a 1.25 pitch that would be even better again.

You wont get threaded rod in m12 fine,only 1.75mm.

That looks to be tool for the rear Rose joints on a vectra, if so I did mine with an old cylinder head bolt and various nuts and washers. 3 came out fairly easily, the 4th would not move, so broke the bush apart by pul
Ing the middle out with bolt & nut, then took a hacksaw apart, then assembled it though the remainder of the bush & carfullynsplit it through. Try putting the new bush in the freezer before fitting to shrink it. Don't go to vauxhall or Saab for the bushes they wanted about £40 for the bush if I remember, about £7 or £8 from the local factors!

I made a set years ago for doing ford void bushes, just fabricated from various pieces of tube with endplates welded on, the bolts are 1/2" unf high tensile cap screws.

Thats what its for(well for SAAB application there of). Bolts not a big issue, its mainly the cup and plate(for want of better terminology) to draw the bush out and in to save arsing about with sockets/washers etc.

9-5, by any chance? I believe they're difficult with the right tool and practically impossible to bodge a tool together for. Trickier than the Vectra, for some reason. Presumably that's why you've got hold of the drawings?
