Gys monomig 250/4

Anywho, found a GYS MONOMIG 250/4 for sale and cant find any user reviews on them. Anyone ever use them.

this the one, well it certainly didnt cost 2000 new like he says, as far as i no there french, where i used to work i was using a awelco 252, and it looks very similar, but it may not be, the awelco i used had digital amps, if thats the case, the awelco was a good machine, just needed the clutch adjusting on the wire reel, i had no other issues with it

That could be the same one I'll know more tomorrow.
They are French and sell for about €1450 in France.
Haven't done much MIG work and looking to expand my skills.

The Awelco 252 looks very similar and duty cycle is nearly the same

Its a bet high alright, hadn't planned on doin any body work on any thing... YET

you just need to consider it, i bought a swp 210 amp mig with 45 amps min, but its fine for what i want doing stuff on tractors etc, but now patching a car could be a bit more tricky as the stuff is lighter, not imposible just a little more awkward than lower amp machines.

Right quick update that was the same GYS MONOMIG as on dondeal but I didn't buy it.
Oilcooled you got me thinking and I'm going to get a lower amp mig
