You must be joking. Try finding one of those for sale.
Get some scotchbrite and WD40 and clean off the heavy rust deposits, spray wd40 on everything and wipe with a cloth and put it on ebay with a note that all it needs is a new round belt (if that's all it needs) and you might be pleasantly surprised.

It really depends who wants it bad enough. It really is a bit hit and miss with tapping machines. Home users cant normally justify the space when you can stick a tapping head in a pillar drill, plus the use they actually get with a homer is often very little. Homers buying something like that is always one of those things that seems like a good idea at the time.
Business, most have cnc these days and ridged tap. One of those tapping machines was recently on a auction site and didn't fetch very much at all, one small problem is, i think that model only does up to 1/4 with is a bit limiting.
You do see them on the bay and other places but the prices are often totally over inflated due to being sold by dealers. The prices they ask are totally unrealistic and hence they don't sell. Their motto is they are prepared to keep it until someone actually has a live job they need it for urgently and will pay the inflated prices. That's what they do to look after their own market.
You could also list it on lathes.co.uk They do have a for sale section which is free from memory.
You never know it might fetch reasonable money, Ya just cant tell.
