I've got a hobbyweld (5) cylinder, can't fault it. £60 deposit, £30 refill.

Only filled to 137bar though, and I think the cylinders are 9L.

If you have someone near you that does rent free to a higher pressure it will probably be the better option.

Just got one too.
Only charged me £50 deposit
Only get £40 back mind.
Lower fill levels far outweighed by convenience of dealer being very local and a very friendly classic car restoration company who encouraged me to look at what they were on with.

Anyone in East Cleveland may wish to look at their list of dealers.
