Timber mezzanine by yours truly, size 6m x 1.3m, congealed led striplighting

Access ladder is temporary until I can find something I like better. Ideally timber and hinge-able so I can swing it up to the rafters when not that in use

Folk who know the saga will realise this has been a mammoth task.
Not decided what type of safety railings yet but for now it’s handy and much needed storage.

I'm a member, recommended. There's a lot of idiots out there who seem to want to get all green lanes closed by being complete a-holes. GLASS has a code of conduct and fights our corner which gives some chance of not losing the lot.

Over here the green laning association represents all users - walkers, horseriders, bikes and motorised They also do a lot of lane clearing working parties (round here anyway).

Drilling and grinding bench. I built this over 10 years ago, but fancied a change from the original red Hammerite to a lime coloured Tractol that I've been using for about the past 10 years (like the welding bench in the background).

Bench drill goes on the front (left in the picture) with two bench grinders mounted either side on the elevated platform. I had a standard width single door between my old garage and workshop, so all my benches from that period can be wheeled through a normal doorway.
