It really isn't. You only have to look at the number of people trying to sell the same thing.I've slowed down a bit. I brought virtually all the magazines downstairs and stuck them in the front room on the basis that being in the way, I'd get through them quickly. I did a decent job on 400+ model railway magazines, 1.5m of old computer magazines and about 70 copies of Practical Classics, but have hardly done anything since. Having chatted to a mate a week or two back I thought I'd have a go at listing some on eBay, but no interest so far. I guess I can't expect much when I've only listed three, and I expect the hassle of sending them will be too much to be worth bothering with.
A quick flick through them, put the odd one to one side if it appeals or relates to something you own - the rest, in the recycling bin. Room created - both in the front room and in your head
I think I mentioned this on here before - I put a decade of Classic and Sportscar through a local auction - a 4 ft tall stack. Made two quid - covered the cost of fuel to start my V8 in the car park after dropping them off
