Are those private tracks you on?The last few off my phone. Went out this afternoon to a local brewery via green lanes. Saw some lovely large dragon flies and the biggest hare either of us have ever seen (no photo unfortunately).

I totally forgot to take "my next pic" but if I had it would have shown me putting some great hot dogs on the BBQ! They were delicious. Ketchup and Yellow Mustard (whch isn't by the way, nonetheless bloody lovely.
Old parts of previous buildings found were added into the new building,Which was?
You mind sharing location?? Pm..No, they are green lanes or BOAT's (Byways Open to All Traffic) which are legally roads.
There is a fair bit of scale / salts etc in the cistern , The brass ball valve needs cleaning in vinegar and getting new washers .. though it usually quicker and cheaper to fit a completely new unit . As just getting a washer set might be incompatable these days of many alternative models of valve styles.
If it’s fed from the tank upstairs, you want a low pressure ballvalve, it certainly looks a low pressure one in the picture, they are fatter & the hole in the valve seat is bigger. Fitting a high pressure one, it will take a long time to fill. Tool station list them no. 19256
