Has anyone purchased a Tapo H500 Hub and if so how do you rate it.

Oh. How timely! I was looking into these last night. The YouTube reviews looked good, but then I read some user reviews which trashed them, saying the YouTube reviewers must have been sponsored. It's difficult to know who to believe.

I'd like to see the AI features in action. Some reviews claim it's absolute c*** and there are a few notes on the tapo website mentioning that certain features are developing ( rolled out before they are working???)

Exactly why i asked for real world use.
The bonus "seems" to be that you ar able to back up to a NAS or server. BUT as its via USB i cant see it being fast enough for video really.
Then there is the fact you can only record 4 cameras 24/7 (I think its 4) and others need to be motion detection recording.

Why would you need to use an additional NAS? Doesn't the H500 fulfill the role of storing off-camera? You can install an SSD in the unit.
