Retrofitting modern car seats into older car

Bought a pair of porsche 2020 seats to retrofit into a 2003 dodge ram, managed to get the seat actuators working without much issue as they are basically just 2 wire electrical motors. Also managed to ID and power the seat heating wires (without activating the seat airbag ), when i apply 12V the seats start to heat up but offcourse there is no control.

According to the google the seat heating is controlled by a PWM pulse width modulation module, basically turning the power of and on hundreds of time per second and that way controlling the temperature. I'm looking for some advice about where and what aftermarket pwm module to buy, did find something that might be suitable on temu, alieexpress and the like but they offer very little information.

Anybody have any experience with this?

I'm sure you know but PWM doesn't vary the frequency that the power is turned on and off but the length of the on time with respect to the off time.

instead of onoff all the time can you not put a therostat the auto cuts the power once gets to temp and will auto reset once it cools and starts again ? seams more simples

Is there any kind of sensor in the heater pads - i.e. 4 wire connector, with two wires being thinner?
If so, something like the LR part HLV500011 (2R8314C724AB) could work.
The attached PDF is the wiring diagram - rear seats, the front connect to the HVAC module.

FWIW my 1999 2500 had bench style seats, and they still fit me
badly, bumps in all the wrong places.

Cant help with the seat heat....
Fitted elec seats from a fancy Reno, they in turn were fitted to Nissan swivel bases.....
Don't need the heat here ...EVER....
