My Stag is apart for the third time with manifold leaks. This is a common issue where the mating faces are not really true to each other. Inevitable die to the genius design.
The previous owner did it with the gasket and some sort of silicony goo each ride. Its lastest over 50K miles, but ultimately failed as it turned to jelly.
I have done it, twice, using wynns RTV sealer. Turned to jelly in a few months.
What i didnt realise is it everything proof but not fuel.
So the question is, what is? The internet seems a bit vaugue. Could really do with knowing from people with experience. Anyone?
