Your repair you said was abs, which is very easy with acetone slurry. I've done worse damaged, bike fairing repairs with it.Use a soldering iron. Poke it into the crack, melting both sides and then while it's molten, smush it back together. If you want to reinforce it, aluminium filler mesh does an excellent job.

If you have the old panel clip a bit off that. I find solder station heat guns are excellent for plastic repairs as you can totally control the temperatures.I will need to find some PP filler rod from household junk items..
