Alternator clutch ?

My Fiat Doblo has been off the road for over 2 years whilst I very slowly do work on it (ill health and weather permitting ).
It's now back together and running fine. However after reving the engine there is a slight "tinkle" when revs drop back to tickover. This "tinkle" goes away when engine warm.
Could an alternator clutch cause such a sound ?

Loose heat shielding? Loose cat material / exhaust baffling? Loose wastegate if it has a turbo?

Typically a failed alternator clutch pulley causes the drive belt to chirp and you'll see the tensioner bouncing. The other failure mode is the sprag bearing fails completely and the pulley goes and finds a new home in the wild.

I'd be looking or listening closer too the exhaust somewhere ?
