My Fiat Doblo has been off the road for over 2 years whilst I very slowly do work on it (ill health and weather permitting
).
It's now back together and running fine. However after reving the engine there is a slight "tinkle" when revs drop back to tickover. This "tinkle" goes away when engine warm.
Could an alternator clutch cause such a sound ?
Cheers.
