Modern snap on is crap too, but snap on was always as much about the brand and lifestyle as the toolsits a bit like a mechanic using snapon tools. i have some along with brittool stuff sprayguns made by devillbiss trade and craftsmen only use the best gear, most of the older gear is far more superior in quality than the newer stuff thats getting churned out in china does that answer your question
all my spanners sockets and gear is over 50 years old as u say there modern equivelants arent as goodModern snap on is crap too, but snap on was always as much about the brand and lifestyle as the tools
