New 3 phase connection

Wondering if anyone had and experience with this, ive got single phase supply standard supply to the house, and a small 32a supply going to garage, however with building a new shed in our field I decided to get a price for 3 phase supply to my shed and it's very reasonable, and opens up loads more toys for workshop

However, does anyone know can you have 2 meters at the same address and any advise trying to sort as from my goggling it seems answer is yes but no idea how to sort it. Any help appreciated tia

You can have two meters at the same address. You will need to speak to your utility provider about it though and they will advise.

Just i need to get a meter put it to finally sort my 3 phase out.

Any recommendations for suppliers easy to work with on something like this

We have 2 meters, single phase for the house and 3 phase for the outbuildings, the 3 phase is classed as a farm supply so commercial which does limit your choices on getting a decent rate

Both the same address, the mrs deals with the paperwork so I'll try and find some bills later
With the commercial supply the providers decide if they want your business it seems so not easy to get decent rates
I'm thinking of getting rid of the single phase house supply and tagging the house off the farm supply, the standing charges are a joke now

We have two meters, one for the house, and another 3 phase one for my workshop.

The workshop gets it's own bill, unfortunately because it's classed as commercial the energy cap doesn't apply, so it's more expensive per unit to buy, and what they pay you for solar generation is crap too!

We fix it once a year with British Gas Business, but always get a quote from Octopus who bill the house. We were very lucky this year to fix it just before Trumps latest war!
