Ive been making railings , strangest shape I've ever had to do , used cardboard to make templates , bent top and bottom rails , took them over to the job and welded a few bars in , brought them back to the works and proceeded to get them done , just hope they fit !

Normally the flange around a door skin is 12MM dipping to 8MM on the corners but this one was lacking a bit.
An oversized extension to draw some heat plus a good amount of heat front putty behind so stop it travelling too far through the skin.
Nice even heat. Now I just need to linish the weld down and trim the corner to 8MM.

That's normally where they are here...or the basement.
Friend's mum passed away and their dog always loved to go see her so made this up today for them to put by the grave just needs a few more coats.
Made from hand bending rods from a folding drying rack and twisted mig wire all tig'd up with the last of the gas I had.
Test bend piece to know the length required/bend order
Also made 1 of 2 of a copy of the rusted bearing bush for the westwood grass collector roller, not perfectly accurate but enough to work and in aluminium so it doesn't rust to the shaft again!

The aluminium bush will corrode onto the shaft even quicker than the steel one!
