Hi, I'm looking for a manual for the above machine?

Why do you need a manual for it?
It is about the most basic machine that's ever been made. It only has an on/off switch, two power settings and a wire feed control, that's it.
Oh and it's 60A minimum and a live torch too, so good luck.

Sounds like the very first ones Harbor Freight sold over here.
They even left out diodes, so the output (hot all the time because of no contactor) was a.c.

Thanks for the response; as you say, it's a pretty basic machine. In the manual I downloaded (and by the way I had translate from Finnish) it goes on to mention current selection which confused me a bit as you say there is only two controls “ duty cycle” and “Wire speed”

The duty cycle switch is the two power settings, 15% is low, 10% is high. It’s an unusual way to do things, low and high would have been much easier.
