greetings and welcome , agree with majority don t sell anything in a rush , unless you have too , its all no doubt good kit in a few years you will regret selling .
there is a joke in there somewhere.........Greetings and welcome, I inherited my dads and grandads tools, both toolmakers
Go on then ….there is a joke in there somewhere.........
I think it may have been political humour so not allowedGo on then ….
I have 2nd child syndrome, my brother got his tools, I had already bought my own. I wanted his yacht but the old bugger sold it when he started running about with the merry widow who didnt do boats.I inherited my father's tools. He worked for British Gas.

We had a fly tipping of the old mans ashes on the lowest spring tide of the year, so he would end up where he wanted to be in Coquet Road, the stretch of water between Coquet Island and Hauxley point. Myself, with brother and sister, went out as far as we could, on the rocks, and set him on his way. The merry widow didn't come as she took offence at the fly tipping humour when we were discussing the funeral etc. she never did have much of a sense of humour. My brother asked me if I wanted Dad's tools. I was surprised as I thought he'd want some and we'd have half each
Equally my brother was surprised when I said I didn't want either Mum or Dad's ashes.
