bending aluminum tube

looking to make a dive bottle rack for me boat out of 32mm 5mm wall tube.
need to bend 90 degrees and cod mouth/tig some joints.
the welding part is not an issue.
i read 6063 T6 is the common grade for this but i'm told its not common in this thickness.
someone mentioned anealing 6082 then bending slowly.
i have a hydraulic ram bender and record conduit bender in both sizes but think i might struggle with the record on this thickness.
any advice before i go and produce a load of scrap

How big is this dive rack, do you really need a 5mm wall? 6063 generally available upto 10swg/3.2mm wall, 32 x 5mm 6082 will typically be 1 1/4" x 3/16"
1" 10swg 6xxx series Al is hard work with a hand operated hilmor bender, can't see one handling 32x5 tube even if annealed
The hydraulic bender... are the 32mm dies for 32mm OD tube or 32mm NB pipe? There's a link to 5083-O ally pipe in the hilmor thread (post #4)

it'll have 6 full scuba sets lashed to it and it sits on top of an engine box which doubles as a bench.
3 each side.
tossed about in rough weather don't want it parting company or bending.
might give the 5083 link a look i've had plenty of plate bent in this grade with no probs.
poo just realized the hydraulic 1 1/4 will prob be for pipe which is usually id not od
will have to check.

Do it in 25x1.5mm 316 stainless tube ? It should be strong enough for the job and is readily available.

could do it in stainless but ali would be cheaper since i have plenty of 5083 flat bar & plate to make the feet.
seen some scary prices on 316 stainless .
any one got a cheap link
