Today for New Years Day lunch with the family we are having a 9 inch long by 4 inches wide ( approx ) frozen gammon joint in a foil tray , we also picked up a smoke gammon joint and a turkey joint from the visit to Iceland as three packs for a tenner .
It certainly beats having enough cooked turkey in one go to feed an army for a month .
The joint will likely be all used so not ending up cluttering the fridge or deep freezers .

I just remembered not being able to find any last easter..I wish I was as organised as some of you lot. I haven't worked out what to have for dinner tonight yet, yet alone started thinking about what's for tea on Easter day.
