Cooler coolant, antifreeze ok?

Hi all.
Had to empty out my r-tec cooler when I moved unit.
Don’t have any of the coolant left I had, any reason I can’t use antifreeze?

Straight waters not a good idea in the winter due to freezing, so is there a difference between pink (possible oem spec?) and blue car antifreeze or do I bite the bullet and buy a commercially available cooler fluid.

Please advise me.

Pink / Red / Orange etc coolants are usually OAT formulations. The like to eat soft metals like copper, brass and tin / lead. If your torch has none of those then use the OAT. Otherwise I would use a 30% mix of conventional Bluecol.
