That's a good question, I think I have a clamp meter somewhere I can confirm with perhaps that's the problem it might actually only be doing 2/3rd of what it says.These might have been better ordered before the job started. As for your 130 amps are they real amps or oriental ones!
The beam is cut like this one so it's not just flush flange to flange.once you start hanging things from a quick hitch four or five feet of leverage and some rams and blades etc the weight soon adds up and the load on the weld gets quite serious quite quickly , maybe a couple of webs in a few places or the likes ,,,
was thinking about mounting a winch on the top side so I would be welding a large plate on the surface to bolt to which would also connect the two beams thus reinforcing it I'm sure.
