Sandblasting face protection

Could you not wet blast ? I used to do all my big Land Rover bits this way.

I didn't like introducing the water, but I figured its not worth dying for. If you have any neighbours, its quieter, and less messy.

Has anyone tried using something like a fencing visor spaced in front of the screen ? That might help

There is also a WIN or Water Injection Nozzle to keep the dust down.
You could cobble up your own.

How well it works on buckshot coming back to hit your face shield I do not know.

Use sacrificial acetate sheets on the outside.

Are these self adhesive or do you need to bond em with summat?

If you are buying plain acetate sheets to make your own then there is no adhesive and will need to be attached somehow. I have no experience of any other type.
