I've got a similar one. Got it from B&M, if I recall correctly. Think it's a Stanley.
My favourite though is the Bosch folding knife.
Looking at that price though, they've more than doubled in price since I bought mine.

Ah it's a propriety blade, thanks hadn't realised that,--still want one.I was given the Toughbuilt scraper knife for Christmas and never used it until recently and it’s brilliant, just a shame about the propriety blade but having said that they’re not expensive and last a long time
